CODE OF CONDUCT

Shelf-a-pa-Luza (SAPL) is dedicated to providing a harassment-free and enjoyable convention experience for everyone, regardless of gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, body size, race, or religion. We expect attendees to behave respectfully while they are in attendance, whether it's on the SAPL Discord or in the chat of one of the Twitch streams. Convention attendees in violation of these rules may be given a warning or expelled from the conference at the discretion of the convention organizers.

Harassment
We do not tolerate harassment of convention attendees, staff, or venue security in any form. Harassment includes, but is not limited to: Verbal harassment related to gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, age, or religion, sustained disruption during demos or events, unwelcome attention, or advocating for or encouraging any of the above behaviors.

Enforcement
Attendees who are asked to stop any behavior are expected to comply immediately. If an attendee engages in behavior that violates these rules, con organizers retain the right to take any actions needed to keep the event a welcoming environment for all attendees including warning or removing the offender from the convention. Event organizers will take action to address and/or prevent anything designed to disrupt the event or make the environment hostile for attendees.

Reporting
If someone makes you or anyone else feel unsafe or unwelcome, please report it as soon as possible to a convention volunteer, either a Twitch mod or in the help section of the Discord.
